At Focus Lifts, we’re always on the lookout for experienced and talented people to join our team and in February, we welcomed Chris Bonsor as the latest member of our design department.

Chris brings a wealth of engineering experience having initially worked on the shop floor prior to obtaining an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from De Montford University in 2003. After a brief period as a CNC setter for a precision engineering company, Chris started working for a major international lift company.

For almost seven years in his capacity as a design engineer, Chris designed lift cabins for bespoke MRL and hydraulic lifts for clients including major high-street retailers, as well as UK infrastructure projects.

We’re really pleased to have Chris on board and we hope that his time with Focus Lifts is enjoyable as well as productive.
