At Focus Lifts we are passionate about on-going training, development and skills of our employees so we continuously access and help our engineers and technicians to improve their knowledge.

We not only train our engineers and technicians on product specifications and performance but importantly through our QA system we provide Health & Safety training to ensure all who work for us, practice and understand the importance of safe working practices.

Focus Lifts Engineers and Trainees are required to undertake qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or 4 standards, and where applicable, are provided with college linked Apprenticeships.

All of our site personnel carry up to date CSCS cards.
